Dear Rainbeau, I’ve been living in Bungaleau for a few months now and I just got around to using the oven for something other than making pizza. I was in need of some real comfort food. To me, that means chocolate chip cookies. I’m glad I can’t travel back in time to little Beau growing up because she would punch me. Whole wheat cookies?  Why even bother making cookies. To that I say, Fuck I don’t know… to be healthy? They were good. Once you forgot they taste like a loaf of wheat bread. Cheers- to our health, Rainbeau

Dear Rainbeau,

April is almost over? This year is flying by, so it’s no surprise that we’re on the cusp of a new season of dodgeball. I wanted to bake something special for my new batch of players for our Meet Your Team mixer. I couldn’t decide… chocolate chip cookies? Brownies? Peanut butter cup tarts? In the end I decided to do all three. Together.

This new Wilton Mini Pie Pan I got during Target’s post-Easter blow out seemed perfect for the monster cookie job.
